How long after taking Promethazine - dm can I administer psudophedrine to my daughter. Very bad cold, not the flu, she has a bad headache which I think would be helped by psuedophed. She already took two extra strength tylenol at 10:00. 16 year old otherwise healthy

I would like you to use oxymetazoline nasal drops rather than pseudophedrine tablets as the side effects are much lesser , however if you still insist, you can pseudophedrine tablet around after ten minutes of promethazine .
