My Daughter Has A Left PUJ Obstruction (diagnosed Prenatally). What To Do ?

My daughter is 2 years and 3 months old and has a left PUJ obstruction (diagnosed prenatally). She is on homeopathic medication since 2.5 months old and asymptomatic till date.We did consult the Paed Syrgery dept at AIIMS and they had suggested surgery. I would like to know what should we do and the prognosis of the surgical procedure

the prognosis of the surgery is cure of the disease and relief from the symptoms. PUJ obstruction is mechanical and only treatment is surgery. make a decision early so that it will not become late and the doctors say surgey will not help her damaged kidney
