Ayurveda Specialist Dr. Rajesh Lakhanpaul's  Response
the serum in blister is a medium that protects from exteernal infection so no need to puncture it. 2nd. degree burns call for proper medication including ATS injection so it is advisable to have proper treatment and totally aseptic dressing.
