OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for the query

A nabothian cyst is a mucus-filled cyst on the surface of the cervix.
Nabothian cysts are considered harmless and usually disappear on their own and some will persist for long time.
Rarely, nabothian cysts have a correlation with chronic cervicitis, an inflammatory infection of the cervix. So get a Pap smear done.

Your both the size of ovary is normal. Corpus luteum suggests ovulation has occurred.

The fibroids on the wall of the uterus are very small. You need not get hysterectomy done if you are not symptomatic.

regards,

Dr Nilofer
