Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

If your mole is getting bigger day by day and also has pain..this shows change in character of the tissue, you should consult doctor and get skin biopsy as soon as possible, only biopsy can clear any doubt if changes suggestive of melanoma has occurred or not. please consult doctor.
