Mole In Left Upper Arm, Slight Yellow Headed Spot, Itchy, Stinging Sensation, Sore , Numb

I have a mole in my left upper arm with what looks like a slight yellow headed spot in it. A few daysago it felt really really itchy an not my arm has astinging sensation running throughout it at times an a bit sore an numb, almost like ive hada needle???

Hi, as per description appears you have a pustule on arm. The yellow point is mouth and is yellow due to color of pus. It will remain tender till pus is not subsided. Recommend to get it drained by some medical person, take care with few dressings at regular intervals and a antibiotic course. This will help. Have a speedy recovery.
