Missed periods, stress. Negative pregnancy tests. History of colitis. Suggestions?

hello i have a retardation of my menstrual cycle i have done 2 pregnancy test but result negative, they are 10 days after the day that they will arrive. i dont have any symptom i have passed a period of a lot strres work transition and i have like a problem with colitis waht i have to do? iam very regulary im am 28 years old. thank you

Thanks for your query.
Delayed periods can be from different causes like:
hormonal imbalance
change of weight
If the periods do not come and for few days you can do TVS to exclude any organic pathology.
Colitis do not interfere with periods but can add more stress to you.
You can treat colitis in a properly way :
using antibiotics
and a balanced diet with fruits and vegetables
