Missed Periods, Light Spotting, Get Cramps And Feel Tired Always, Done Tubal Ligation, Negative Pregnancy Test. Worrisome?

I have not had my period since july 17th at the begining of sept, i spotted lightly for about a week..im still getting cramps and i am always tired..at first i thaught pregnant but i had my tubes tied after i had my son over a year ago..i took several test anyways and all are negative..is thid something i should be worried about?

Hi..klg... repeat the UPT urine pregnancy tests again after 3 to 5 days.. i
f still negative, the you must be investigated for the causes of secondary amenorrhea..
also the ectopic pregnancy must be ruled out.... do not neglect it....
