Missed Periods After Taking Lupride Injection. Have Endometrioma Ovaries Chocolate Cyst. Advised Re Laproscopy. Trying To Conceive. Advice
hello doctor, i am 27 yr old , married for the past one yrs,, i have irregular periods.as to conceive soon. after all examination dr confirmed that i have (B/L endometrioma ovaries)chocolate cyst). i have done hysteroscopy laproscopy on jan 31st 2013. feb 1st i had lupride injection 3.75 mg.& my dr. continuous to take 3more injection. i have did it my last 4th injection taken on april 5th , now alround 2 month got over , i dint get my periods till now, again i consulated my dr. to get idea of my recovery of periods. she advised me to go with diagnosis laproscopy again for ensurity.now i am totally confused. pls help me i want to do again diagnosis laproscopy. or shall i have drugs to get periods & try to get baby by nature, here my husband count & motility is normal.

You once go for ultrasound. By that the present condition of the endometriomas can be identified.
If the got regressed, you can go for tablets to induce the withdrawal bleeding with your doctor's advice and can proceed further.
If the cysts are still present, you may need continuation of treatment.
So you discuss this option with your doctor and proceed further.
If you need diagnostic and therapeutic intervention then you can go for laparoscopy.
