you say that the pregnancy test is negative then its fine, i mean you are not pregnant.. missing of period can be due to some other reason or can be due to nutritional deficiency or stresses etc. if you miss it once more you can consult your gynecologist for detailed examination...

Pre-cum is the clear, colorless, viscous fluid that emits from the urethra of the human penis during sexual arousal.

It is similar in composition to semen but has some significant chemical differences. The fluid has found no or low levels of sperm.

Pre-cum is believed to function as a lubricant and an acid neutralizer. The amount of pre-cum emitted varies widely between individuals; some men emit none.

The vagina is normally acidic, so the deposit of pre-cum before the emission of semen may change the vaginal environment to promote sperm survival.

There are very rare chances to get pregnant by pre-cum and this is getting support by negative results of all 3 urine pregnancy test.

But you did sex on 4 July which was in fertile period of your cycle and you could be pregnant, so you should go to gynecologist to diagnose the cause of delayed period along with repeat the UPT in presence of doctor and get USG done to rule out any pregnancy or blighted ovum.

As the three consecutive pregnancy tests done after 10 days & more delay in periods,moreover the ejaculation was outside- the pregnancy is unlikely.
Actually Precum has clear ,mucus like secretion meant to clean the urethra of the bacterias or remnants of urine in male urethra. But in some persons Precum may have few spermatozoa. And as a single spermatozoa is sufficient to fertilize an ovum.
So, though minimal, there are chances of conception with precum.
I would advice you to consult a Gynac for investigations & management of delayed period.
