Hi, Meprate is usually given to ladies who are missing their periods, it is essentially progestrone. Now what you need to understand is that home pregnancy tests arent always correct, they are known to be wrong sometimes, so to base that you are pregnant on just a home pregnancy test, wouldnt be advisable, go to a doctor and ask him to run your blood. And yes meprate shouldnt be given to pregnant or breast feeding women, so if you are pregnant you should see your doctor anyhow so that he can change your medication accordingly.
I hope this answers your question.
