Mirena Coil Fitted, Irregular And Frequent Periods. Advice?

Hi, I had a mirena coil fitted last November and I had no side effects but in the last 3 weeks I have a discharge, ichy, white discharge with no smell but with blood every now and then. I had my last period in the beginning of may, and I had an extra period in the middle of month and now I have the bloody period again. I am wondering if you could give me some advice on it. I have no cramps or pain. Thanks, klaudia
