Minor Swelling In Palms, Stiffness On Hand After Long Hours Of Chopping Veggies. Preventive Measures?

i work as a kitchen hand and after long hours of chopping veggies/meat my hand hurts when i grip and sometimes there is minor swelling in the palm or fingers. seems like my hand is stiff.. like i have no strength even to open a a peanut butter jar. what is the best way to eliminate pain or is there like any stretching exercises i can do? thank you.

The pain you have described is related to the fatigue due to continuous working. You need to do regular hot fomentation and do some stretching exercises under guidance of your physiotherapist. Taking mild pain killers will be helpful.
