hi madhuri.sahoo27,
I have read your question,
Your maybe suffering with Pre-Menstrual Syndrome (PMS).It is an effect that occurs in almost 90% women with around 100 symptoms , but most women show only 4-5 symptoms, and Migraine , Nausea , vomiting are one of the symptoms as well.
some other symptoms are
1)Psychological
Irritability.
Mood swings.
Losing your temper easily.
Loss of confidence.
Crying for no particular reason.
Aggression.
Poor concentration.
Tiredness.
2) Physical
Breast tenderness.
Abdominal swelling or bloating.
Weight gain.
Swollen ankles.
Headaches and possibly migraine.

The fluctuations in the female hormones during Pre-menstrual period cause PMS , but there is nothing to worry about it since it is normal in women and For many women, simple changes to diet and lifestyle, helps in the treatment of this syndrome.

I recommend you to take juices ,coconut water , a lot of fluids and light diet (less-oily and easily digestible food ) .
If the symptoms persist I suggest you to consult a gynecologist nearby for further advice.
Wishing you a good health,
DR.G.Gayatri devi.
