Middle Neck And Lower Back Pain. Poor Posture. Management?

hi my name is dyrell taia i have alot of pain on my neck middle and lower back i can feel a lump right were my neck bends between shoulders like a vertabre?? its as if my neck bone pops out@ the back n my head sits forwaed if tht makes sence causing alot of pain up n down my whole back like my neck cant support my head also causing poor posture its sore when i try keep my back straight
