Metallic Taste In Mouth, Dizzy And Thirsty And Bleeding Out Of Rectum.
I have been really tired lately. Almost exhausted. I have a metallic taste in my mouth even when I haven't eaten. I'm hungry, but when I eat, even a salad with no dressing, I feel sick after a couple bits. I'm dizzy, thirsty. I've been bleeding out of my rectum on a regular basis for over a year, but don't have hemorrhoids including internally. My arms feel kind of tingly.

You are having bleeding from the rectum. If it is heavy after the stools it may be hemorrhoids. if a streak on the hard stools, and with the pain may be fissure. If it is mixed with the semi solid stools, it may be due to colitis, or intolerance to certain foods like milk, milk products, gluten containing foods like wheat, or barley.The intolerance or the amoebic colitis can cause all the above symptoms.
So i advise you to consult a gastro enterologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts,and
protein rich foods to facilitate the intestines and the treatment.
