Medicine To Increase Breast Milk?
hi,i was wondering what can i get from a doctor to help to increase my breast milk i was taken pills for 10 days but it seems like my milk supply had went lower then what it was before i took them so is there anything else i can get from my doctor to help with this problem cause i will be going back to work soon and i dont want to stop breastfeeding my daughter

For increasing breast milk best is to have high protein diet.
Take more pulses, cereals, puddings, eggs, ghee, butter, cheese, panier in your food.
Take fresh veggies, fresh fruits and dry fruits.
Continue breast feeding even if milk flow slows down as due to sucking reflex flow can increase.
Avoid stress.
Ok and take care.
