hi i am 25 years old .i am doing masturbation past 9 years .sometime i get a nightfall also.kindly tell me that is masturbating harms me and my sex life bcoz i get discharge in 1 minute only .n my penis are only 5 inch n it is bend .i am very much when i ge married i dont able to satisfy my wife bcoz of masturbation n i dont even know how to do sex with my wife

Doing masturbation is not bad and will not lead to any problems in the future. The size of the penis is not a concern as its only last 1 to 2 inch of vagina that is sensitive and the rest doesn't have a sensation. Bending of your penis is also normal. And regarding your concern that you have early fall, you cannot call this a problem unless you have the same in case of a normal sexual encounter. Even if the problem is there, you can always take medication for the same. Regarding how to do sex, you can help yourself with some self help books or discuss the issue with some elders or visit a psychiatrist who will surely help you with some measures.
