Massive Heart Attack, 2 Blocks Removed, 2 Stents Placed. On Ventilator. What Should We Do ?

my father had a massive heart attack yesterday the doctors found three blocks they removed two when he vomitted on the table they did not remove the third one they have put two stents in the blocks now after 24 hours he is on ventilato r with oxygen mask and doctors say they. are observing him for 72 hours he is in army hospital where they arent answering anything what should we do,
