MRI Done, Showed Tiny Foci In White Matter Of Both Centrum Semiovale, Perivascular Spaces In Basal Ganglia. Meaning?

Hi I was given an MRI with contrast and was given a report from the the scan which demonstrated a few tiny foci of inceased T2 signal in the white matter of both centrum semiovale. The impression was: mild old small vessel disease of white matter, prominent perivascular spaces in the basal ganglia and mild diffuse volume loss. Should I be concerned?
