MRI Done After Acdf Surgery. What Does The Finding Mean?

Hi..I am 9 months post acdf with anterior fusion and I just saw my mri and it says a central and slightly left sided osteophytic ridge just rostal to thd fused segment at c3-4. There is slight mass effect upon the exiting left c4 nerve root. What doss this mean? More surgery...should I call my surgeon? I
