Lumps Throughout Abdomen, Pain Under Bottom Of Right Rib, Constant Pain In The Stomach, Constipation, Tingling In Fingers. Suggestions?

I have lumps throughout abdomen, I can feel them when I lie down, pain under bottom of right rib, cramping or constant pain in stomach, hardness in upper abdomen. I Have had chronic constipation for 5 years and have been told to take laxatives and mirilax daily or every other day, I have started to do it only 2-3 x a week since it no longer works and/or causes severe pain. I have a deficiency which causes blood clots and had 2 Tia's two years ago. Pain and hardness has been getting worse past 2-3 weeks, also experienced periodic tingling in fingers and left side of hands.

The lumps which you said here could be impacted fecal material, instead of taking laxative and other medicine for constipation, you should try to rid of this with the diet alone, and this gives very good result while medicine some time creates problem, drink lot of water have fiber diet, keep schedule for toilet, go to the toilet even if you do not feel for it, be mentally happy every thing will be alright, have nice day.
