Lump On The Clavicle Near The Sternum. Pain In The Shoulder. Is This A Cyst?

Hello. I have a bb sized lump on the tip of my clavicle near my sternum. It has shown up several times over the past several years and if I push on it it will pop like my cysts I used to get in my wrist when I powerlifted. Last night I must have slept wrong because my clavicle and shoulder was sore to move(pinching). It showed back up and if I push on it it pops and it comes back in a few minutes. Is this just a cyst?

Based on your description that on pushing it pops and then it comes back again, it most probably looks like a cyst which is either filled with fluid or fat. However, it has to be seen if there are any other swellings along with it, if it is painful, the consistency, the mobility etc. You may also have to take an FNAC or a needle insertion into the lump to confirm the diagnosis.
