might be accountable for most of your symptoms including tight chest, sensation of lump in the throat. Can you actually see and feel the lump or is it just a sensation of lump in the throat. If it is just a sensation, it could be due to acid reflux. If a swelling is actually present, it needs to be evaluated. It might be a lymph
node enlargement due to some infection in the throat etc.
For acid reflux, I would suggest you do not lie down immediately after a meal. Wait for at least 2 hours after a meal before lying down. Avoid spicy,oily, deep fried food, cola, carbonated beverages. Avoid smoking
and alcohol. Regular exercise 30-45 minutes a day 5 days a week is a must.
