Lower Backache, Muscle Spasm, Headache

Hi. I have been laid up with acute lower backache (near sacrum ) my muscles are in spasm I ve been told. I ve now developed chills aches and a severe headache when it is coming up time to take my next round of medicines.... I hurt all over. Could you help please?

I would suggest you to take X ray of spine to see if there is any lumbar spondylosis. Treatment will be tablet Myoril twice daily, Diclofenec ointment and Hot water fomentation. For headache i think it is induced by stress and medicines you are taking, so take a opinion from your physcian, avoid high protein diet.
