Lower Back Pain, Abdominal Pain, Lightheaded, Loss Of Appetite. Pregnant?

Lately I've had really bad lower back pain and sharp lower abdomen pains on and off. for a couple weeks now. Then just last nite everything was fine and I was having a conversation with my mom, then out of no wear I started feeling light headed, shaky, nauseous, and felt like I couldn't hear...I sat down because I felt like I was going to collapse. lately I'm looseing my appetite, I'm irritated easily n depressed. My moods feel like their all over the place. I've only puked once tho, and im tired but can't get comfortable n I wake up several times a nite... could I be pregnant?

Hi,
If you have missed a period and you have been sexually active without any contraception, then yes, you could be pregnant. Otherwise, your symptoms can be due to some gastritis, premenstrual disturbances, excessive stress sleeplessness and so on. If you have missed a period, please get a HPT done 3-7 days after the missed period. You can also get a serum beta-hCG estimation if you wish for a definite confirmation earlier. Please see a specialist for further help. Take care.
