Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

From the description, I am of the opinion that you might have caused some damage to the LIGAMENTS in your back and knee joint that are causing you the symptoms.

Persisting symptoms for more than a year byitself indicates that there is some problem that needs to be addressed.

You have not mentioned the MRI findings. I suggest you to consult a qualified orthopedic surgeon for a detailed evaluation and treatment.

As I practice ALLOPATHY,I do not have any idea on homeopathy or ayurveda.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
