Low Fever, Swollen Sternocleidomastoid, Paracetamol

my husband is having a low grade fever and a swollen sternocleidomastoid on right side it subsides when he takes paracetamol but recurs after 10 hours

it can be cervical adenitis . in this there is enlargement of lymph node and fever. I would recommend you to give your husband Brufen and antibiotics like ofloxacin with your doctor's consult . Also give him lot of fluid and juices. if fever persist or increase then get FNAC at lab and get opinion from physician.
