Lost Eye Lids On Eye, Not Growing Back. History Of Alpecia. Remedy?

I am a 48 year old male and 3 1/2 months ago my left top eye lid lost all its eye lashes and has not grown back.

I was told years ago i have alpecia when the hair stopped growing on my face for a few years...then it stopped growing parcially on my side burns for a year ...but would that travel to an eye lid too?

I ask because last year i had many blood tests for other digestion problems but it all came back that i was fine? Thank you
