Loss Of Strength, Discomfort In Lower Lip, Tiredness, Lymph Nodes In Neck Enlarged

I have been experiencing a progressive loss of strength in the left side of the body. Recently, I started feeling a little discomfort or loss of feeling in the left lower lip, that feels like dental anesthesia a little bit. Also, I noticed that my left hand is losing strength. I am male, 40, non-smoker.

I also feel tired most of the time. Most of the time I feel fatigue in the left leg, but recently this has started to spread into my arm as well.

For the past two years, I have been feeling my lymph nodes in the left side of the neck, though the CT scan from two years ago shows that lymph nodes on both sided of the neck were enlarged. I have needle phobia and am not able to visit the doctor because I cannot undergo any procedure due to this issue. I am worried about my health and don't know how to approach the issues.

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The gradually decreasing strength on the one side of the body with loss of sensations is likely to be a nerve related problem. This can happen due to nerve root degeneration or compression. Do consult a neurologist for proper evaluation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
