Loss Of Movement In Index Finger, Diagnosed With Motor Neuron And Anterior Horn Cell Disease. Treatment?

My left index finger lost its movement and had undergone many investigations like NCS, MRI , test for spondylitis etc. I even had muscle loss at that place and the diagnosis was made as Motor Neuron Disease and ? anterior horn cell disease. I wanted to know what is the treatment for this disease and will there be any progression further.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The motor neuron disease is a progressive disease and may even spread to affect the other segments of the spinal cord too. You need to get regular treatment under neurologist.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
