We understand your concerns

The symptoms you are mentioning are corresponding to food light poisoning. Spicy foods sometimes cause stomach cramps. Stomach cramps alongwith loose motion or diarrheoa and gastric sym ptoms indicate food poison. Tightness around chest might indicate gastralgia. It is of great concern if it develops into cholera. Take care. If the loose motion continues unabated and more than 5 times a day, then you should consult a physician for treatment. Drink plenty of water with sugar and salt. Orl Rehydratory Liquid powder is available at market. Fight dehydration first and then consulot doctor. Get well soon.
