hii, i am bipin kumar dash from jamshedpur... the day after tomorrow i have a stage performance(singing)... but i feel there is some problem with my throat ... i am not feeling comfortable with my throat... is there any medicine to take which will give relax imediately... age-25 yrs, height-170cm weight-60kgs body type-average

You have not described the kind of problem you are experiencing in your throat. I hope it must be irritation in the throat and advicing you accordingly.
1. Do gargles with warm saline water or by adding one tablespoonof Betadine Gargle in half glass of water. Do this three to four times a day.
2. Sucking cough lozenzes will also help you.
3. If problem is severe, you can take antiallergic with decongestant like phenylepherine or pseudoephedrine. You might feel slight sleepy after this medication. You should take medicines only after getting yourself examined by an ENT specialist.
4. If throat pain is present you can take paracetamol tablet.
