Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. You have stopped smoking long ago , so this is definitely a withdrawal. Not feeling alright with light chest pain and backache can be due to anxiety, whether changes and so on. If you got any other symptoms, you can go for symptomatic treatment as per Doctor's advise. If no relief - go again for relevant blood tests as per your Doctor's advise. You may go for the tests of liver functions as sometimes a sub-clinical hepatitis can give you the same feeling.
