Leg Pain Around 4am At Night. Taking Triameterne Hctz, Drinking Lots Of Water. Normal Potassium Tests. Cause Of Pain?

This is for an Internist.
I have been on triameterne-HCTZ for three monthsnow. i have constant leg pains at nights. My doctor did a test for potassium which came back in the normal range. I drink at least 72 oz of water daily and still the pain continues. The pain seems to dissipate during the day only to return around 4AM at night. What is a possible explanation?

Hi, if 4 AM is your waking time it might be the rheumatic arthritis, as it is prominent in the early morning.
i to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotropic injections, ofloxacin, antiinflamatories, for pain relief, and injections periodically at certain intervals. Thank you.
