Last Stage Lung Cancer, Recently Diagnosed With The Same. What Are The Treatment Options?

hi my grandma is in the last stage of her lung cancer and she is in the hospital right now with fluid in her lungs and with 35% of heart beating and they r not sure if she will live much longer or do anymore cancer treatment can you tell me what they can do or what she can do we need hope and options she is 68 years old and she just found out about 6 months ago about her cancer

basically we need to know about the type of cancer before commenting on the prognosis ,survival or the treatment.if stage is last then we all know the prognosis but some tumors responds more to chemo n some more to radiotherapy and sometimes some types of tumors responds to the oral drugs which we can give even when patient is at home .so all depends on type of cancer.kindly provide details
