Lack of strength in arms, legs. History of insomnia, blood pressure. Causes for symptoms?

My mom, who is 66 now, is generally a healthy person and enjoy gardening. But since last week, she often felt no strength in her arms and legs. She has been have High Blood pressure for many years and on medicine all the time. Also she is often hard to have a good sleep because of imsomnia. What could be the reason for the sudden loss of strength in her limbs? Thanks

After reading your mom's symptoms, i feel that the weekness may be due to change in her Blood pressure. Sometimes, when a patient is on medication for blood pressure he/she does not check the B.P on a regular basis, therefore the dosage of medicines may not be ideal after some time.

I would recommend you to ask her to visit your family physician for a general check up. If the blood pressure is not the cause, then your doctor may ask her to get a basic complete blood count to evaluate her hemoglobin, iron levels as well. Low iron levels usually result in fatigue.

Meanwhile she must have fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to enhance her body resistance. If required the doctor may change her B.P medication and also ask her to take multivitamins and iron tablets.

Acupressure and Magnetotherapy Treatment;-
1. To drink water charged with south pole 4 time a day atleast to reduce high B.P.

2. Place south pole of magnet in herleft palm n feet and north pole of magnet in her right palm n feet for half an hour twice a day for 15 days.
3.Massage her feet and leg with oil charged with both poles
4. She is also advised to use acupressure plate for 10 minutes
