Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

These enzymes SGOT, SGPT , ALK and GGPT though most commonly associated with the liver can be found in other parts of the body.

SGOT is also found in heart, muscle, kidney and brain.
SPGT is mostly concentrated in the liver.
ALK is also found in bone, kidneys and small amounts in the intestines.
GGPT is found in the bile ducts, pancreas, gallbladder, kidneys, spleen, heart and brain.

The increase in the alkaline phosphatase and GGPT may indicate disease of the bile ducts such as obstruction by a stone or another mass. The bile ducts are the passages through which bile passes.

Your mother's doctor will likely suggest imaging tests to take a look at the bile ducts and liver.

I hope this helps
