Hello, welcome to HCM, I am Dr. Das

Look, the SGOT and SGPT are very higher in amount.

It indicates hepatocellular injury.

You have to do the followings
1. stop drinking alcohol.
2. Try to avoid fatty meal.
3. Take some liver protecting drug like sorbilin.

Consult with a gastroenterologist for further management.

General Surgeon Dr. Grzegorz Stanko's  Response

Thank you for the query.

Such results are not very high, we can say it is slightly elevated. Such results can be caused by alcohol abuse, medicines, liver viral infection, gallstones. It is advisable to have abdominal ultrasound, full blood work, GGTP, AP, amylase, bilirubin, urine analysis performed. You should also avoid alcohol, medicines affecting liver, fatty foods, spicy foods.

Hope this will help.
