Knot In Bend Of Right Arm, Sore Arm, Pain Radiating Towards Shoulder Joint. What Could Be This?

I have a knot in the bend of my right arm that is about an inch and a half long. It starts about where they would normally take blood and then goes out toward my elbow. It does not hurt to touch it but my arm get sore and hurts in the joint. I have some pain that will radiate towards my shoulder joint as well and sometimes in my wrist. What could this knot be?
