Jaw Pain, No Painkillers Are Working, Crunching Noise In Ears, Unable To Touch Face. Is It Dislocated ?

I have pain in my jaw. no painkillers are working. tried everything up to and including Tramadol and naproxen.. what happened was I yawned and my mouth opened really wide and there was a crunching noise, it was really loud in my ear as if it was the tmj joint I cant open my mouth wide now and it locks and I cant eat and can barely speak, i'm drooling and slurring my words and cant even sleep because I cant touch my face with anything.... do you know if this sounds like it is partially dislocated? its not quite in place but its not fully out of place.. my bite is off by a lot its like my chin has moved about 2 inches to the left... I have headache, and earache, muscle ache and chronic pain in the joint.. thanks for your time
