I've had the IUD in place for almost a year. I got my period on May 29th and lasted 5 days which is unusual to begin with, but my periods have always been irregular. I haven't received my period this month yet. And I was expecting it on the 22nd. I was told that many women with the IUD eventually don't bleed anymore. I have been having uncomfortable cramps the last few days. Am I actually on my period but not bleeding or is it something else that I should be worried about?
