DONT WORRY ,BUT BE CAUTIOUS:
THERE IS NOTHING CALLED HEART PAIN,CHECK YOUR SELF BY MY GUIDELINES:
1)GET YOUR B.P MONITERED.
2)SEE IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY BREATHING.,IF YES WHEN STAIR CLIMBING ETC.

3)DO YOU HAVE COUGH(PERSISTENT)
4)DID YOU EVER GOT BLACKOUT EPISODE?

IF ALL THESE ANSWERS ARE NO:
THEN TAKE AN ANTACID,YOUR PAIN WILL GO.
STOP SMOKING AND DRINKING COMPLETLY ,IF PROBLEM COMMENT FREELY I WILL HELP YOU.

Do not worry nothing is worng, just try to be causious and consult the doctor if possible, this might b  due to the withdrawl of nicotine since u have quit smoking and drinking.
