Itchy Spots On Fore Skin. Unprotected Sex. STD?

hi, i had unprotected sex around 3-4 months back, around 15-20 days after intercourse i got pimple kind of red things (4-5 sore pimples) inside the foreskin (i'm uncircumsized) and multiple red dots, though not really prominent, on top portion of penis (not at all itching or paining). Got overall tenderness when i use to pull the foreskin, it became sensitive i can say, perhaps got very little whitish dried fluid as well which was just visible under the folds of foreskin & but not at all flowing as liquid) also got my penis shaft's skin pale (very light yellowish) i cleaned it with normal soap carefully during bath & it almost went clear in 2-3 days except those very tiny red dots on top of penis which might got less visible. now after i guess 3 months i got almost the same things again along with one more: pulling back foreskin, inside portion (where i got pimples) started burning with the contact of water when i'm washing it. Again within 4-5 days of cleaning & washing its almost gone but now something else is bothering me, i started feeling itching on tip of my foreskin though not quite frequent but whenever it comes, its quite disturbing, have to rub it in order to stop it. I doubt if i got an STI/STD. Please guide

Hello Sir,
From your symptoms, even i feel that you might have got some infections which can be STD. I would suggest you to promptly start an antibiotic course with one of the third generation cephalosporin. Along with that, you must consult a venereologist for confirmation.

Hope you get well soon.
