Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
You must have developed a fungal infection under your breast. this is a common problem in lactating mothers. I Advise you to visit your gynecologist and get examined to confirm the diagnosis. Meanwhile you can use over-the-counter antifungal medication like Candid to relieve your symptoms. Please maintain proper hygiene and wear loose clothes.
Take care
