Itchy Rash Inside Buttock Crack, Red Lesions. What Should I Do?

I have an itchy rash along the inside of my butt crack, on both sides. There are red lesions (no puss or anything), but I dont think that its herpes because I have done alot of research, plus its not painfull unless I walk and sweat alot. What do you think this is and how should I try to get rid of it? Help please!!! Thank you

Hi,
There are mutiple causes of the itchy reash and sometimes we are not able to find out the exact cause of the problem. You have not told us since how log the rash is present. This can be most commonly due to fungal infections. You can take tablet loratadine one to two times per day till the itching is present.
