Itchy Raised Rashes On Arms And Legs. No Relief With Medication. Remedy?

Someone posted this "Intensely itchy rashes on arms and legs, raised spots, feeling of bugs crawling. No relief with medicines. Effective remedy?" and I searched and found this. I have the same thing. a walk in clinic doctor told me it wasn't scabies or shingles, but it seems more than an allergic reaction. I also have bruise blotches on my legs where all the bumps are.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, the condition is called, utricaria, caused by some allergen food, or external.
I to my patients prescribe levocitrizine, steroids, antibiotics, and zinc with multivitamins.
I advise you to make a list of all things used foods, cosmetics, dressmaterials, etc. make a note whenever you use a new thing, and whenever you get rash. and avoid such things and continue the process. thank you.
