Itchy Lump On The Penis. What Is It?

Hello, I am a 20 year old male. The other day I was showering and found a small lump on my genitals. It doesn t feel like its filled with anything just feels like I ve suddenly inherited extra skin in a lump. I haven t had sex in quite a while so I don t believe it is an STD . It is smaller than a dime in size and hasn t grown or shrank at all. The lump doesn t itch but my shaft does around it. I am freaked out cause I don t know what or why it s there.

It seems that due to collection of smegma under fore skin of glans giving rise to some infection on the part giving rise this problem.
Clean smegma by averting fore skin.
Make a habit cleaning fore skin daily while taking bath.
