Itchy Arm, Frustrating, Scratching. Consulted Dermatologist, Nothing Found. Any Advice?

Hi I have an itch that is just on my arm with no rash. The itch is under the skin and I've been to several specialist and dermatologist and no one seems to know why I have this. It's so frustrating scratching all the time and now my arm is like leather. What I don't understand is it's only my arm that is the problem no where else on my body thank god. Please can you help me??
