Itching Sensation On Elbow And Knees. Have Dermatitis And Eczema. What Do You Suggest?

Hi I was at work today n noticed my lash line of my rt eye was itchy then my neck then elbows then back of my knees ...my chest started itching and my arms n hand my eye started swelling and my forehead....I took two been dry land took a hot shower with no soap...subsided a lil but face still puffy and itch came back 4 hrs later took another 2benedryls n rubbed chlobetosol on my body. I have lichen planus, dermatitis n exzema and really sensitive skin. No new foods but did dye hair 2days ago and got gel nails ??

good evening to you...as you are saying that u already are having a sensitive skin, you seem to have got air borne contact dermatitis... It happens on exposure to an aeroallergen, which are numerous.....have you been doing any gardening or had you been out on a picnic? It could also be some contact allergen leading to an allergic dermatitis....you need to take a an anti histaminic tablet now...also apply a mid potent steroid cream mixed with an emolient over your entire body twice a day preferably after bath...apply a low potent steroid on your neck and face...have bath with bath oils...avoid harsh soaps...use a mild soap,or a baby soap is better...Repeated using of soaps will cause dryness of your skin...damaging the lipid layer in your skin which has natural moisturising factors....
